After setting up the month, Kai turns to the next section in their Hobonichi Weeks planner. This is where the real rhythm begins. The blank weekly spread feels open, waiting for structure. Mumu hops onto the desk again, and flops into the pile of stickers before dipping her nose in Kai’s green tea.

First, Kai adds the illustrated panels one for each day of the week, letting colour frame the stories still to come. Next Kai selects a header washi-style strip for the month. The soft repetition of these steps brings a sense of calm focus. When the stickers are in place, the week ahead finally takes shape.

Each detail has purpose. The headers set the flow of the days, the washi defines space, and the art ties it all together. Planning becomes less about productivity and more about intention – a moment to pause, plan, and unwind.

Unwind Hobonichi Weeks Weekly Kit

The Unwind Hobonichi Weeks Weekly Kit is designed to bring function and creativity into one space. Each hand-drawn sticker fits within the Hobonichi Weeks layout, allowing you to decorate while staying organised.

You’ll find seven illustrated day panels and three coordinating washi strips. One is fully illustrated, one includes the month and one has a blank rectangle so you can use the kit no matter the month, or use to headline one of your pages. You can start any week of the year without restriction.

Available in three colourways – On Brand, Hobonichi and Pride. This kit complements the Refocus Cousin Monthly Kit, while standing beautifully on its own. Whether you use a single sheet or collect all five weeks, every layout becomes part of Kai’s continuing story.
