Shipping & Delivery Information
Welcome to our shipping and delivery information page. Every order is packed with love and care and sent through Royal Mail using services that include tracking or insurance – just to make sure your happy mail arrives safely.
Our shipping prices include a very small packaging cost, and follow Royal Mail’s recommended rates for insurance cover, so both you and I are protected if something goes missing on its way to you. It’s not about adding extra cost, just about keeping your order safe from the start.
To keep costs low for our international customers, I have added an untracked option for orders valued under £20. Again, this is due to the insurance available via Royal Mail.
Each envelope is sealed with love before it begins its journey.
Happy Mail in the UK
All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. Once it’s on its way, your happy mail is in good hands. Royal Mail handles most deliveries beautifully (and sometimes even faster than expected).
Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £30 – just a little thank you for support a small creative studio.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please reach out and I’ll help you track it down.
International Adventures
Kai and Mumu love travelling and luckily, your happy mail can too! International orders are shipped with Royal Mail International services, which connect to your local postal carrier once they arrive in your country.
Delivery times can vary depending on where you are:
Europe: usually 7-14 working days
East Asia, North America & Canada, Australia & New Zealand: usually 10-20 working days
Some orders may arrive sooner, but others can take a little longer, especially during busy postal seasons or customs checks.
Delivery charges will be automatically applied according to order value, however, to try and keep smaller orders attainable and affordable, I’ve offered an untracked service for orders under £20GBP.
A quick note: all international parcels are sent with accurate customs forms. Your country may charge import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I can’t control or predict these costs, but I promise to keep shipping fees as fair and transparent as possible.
When Mail Wanders Off
Every order is packed with care (and occasionally supervised by Mumu’s curious paws). Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail, it’s usually smooth sailing. But if something seems to have wandered off, don’t worry.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international), please get in touch via the Contact page so I can help. I’ll do my best to trace through the postal service and offer guidance on what happens next.
Because this is a small creative studio, returns aren’t typically accepted unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If that ever happens, please reach out – I want you to love what you receive.
Note from the Studio
Every order that leaves the studio is packed with car, a sprinkle of creativity, and the hope that it adds something bright to your day. These little envelopes travel far and wide, carrying tiny pieces of the Kai & Mumu world with them – from my desk to yours.
